About the Programme

When it comes to self-care, journalling is often at the top of the list as a beneficial practice for mindfulness. Yet for those who may equate writing to a chore, it may seem overwhelming to start processing your inner life into thoughts and insights onto paper. Let’s start with a fun exercise where if your life was a memoir, what would the chapters for 2025 look like so far? Perhaps there were a few plot twists that that you’re still figuring out? Whatever highs and lows you’ve experienced, join us to take a respite to meaningfully celebrate and reflect on the year as we plan for what’s next!

This 3h workshop aims to:

  • Get clarity on your experiences with guided self-reflection prompts
  • Navigate and process your emotions through journaling 
  • Celebrate your triumphs and share your stories with new friends
  • Build your confidence to let go and look forward to what’s next

About the Speaker
