 dedicated members of Montfort Care Mental Health team\, with over four 
 years and one year of experience respectively. Syaziah comes from a social 
 work background and is currently pursuing her Degree in Social Work. 
 Jefferson has completed various trainings to equip himself for mental 
 health work within the social service sector. They have supported clients 
 across a spectrum of mental health conditions\, including individuals 
 living with dementia and caregivers\, through case management intervention 
 to address clients’ psycho-emotional needs. They have also delivered 
 numerous mental health talks and organised outreach efforts to promote 
 mental health awareness within the community.
